Grass Roots Natural Goods will accept returned merchandise for exchange, refund, or store credit for up to and not exceeding thirty (30) days after the ship date. Items returned after 30 days, as well as clearance and sale items, may only be exchanged or redeemed for store credit.

To qualify for exchange, merchandise must be in perfect resale condition, complete with tags, etc. and must show absolutely no wear (i.e. don't wear your shoes outside unless you're going to keep them). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning products to Grass Roots. The cost of shipping exchanges back to the customer is now complimentary (limit one free exchange per order)! Credit card refunds will be applied within 30 days of return processing.

All returns must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning merchandise. Returns received without the appropriate RA# will be refused. An RA# can be obtained via e-mail, info@grng.com.
